Terms of Use

These terms explain what Itinerly is, what we do (and don't do), and what you're agreeing to by using our service. By messaging us on WhatsApp or using itinerly.io, you're accepting these terms.

What Itinerly is

Itinerly is a trip-curation service. You tell us about a trip you're considering — dates, budget, who's travelling, and any preferences — and we search and recommend flight and hotel combinations from Booking.com and Skyscanner that fit what you've told us.

What we don't do

We are not a travel agent, and we do not make or complete bookings on your behalf. We never take payment, hold your card details, or process any booking. Every recommendation we send links directly to Booking.com or Skyscanner, and you complete the booking yourself, directly with them, under their own terms and conditions.

No guarantee on prices or availability

Flight and hotel prices, availability, and offers can change quickly and are outside our control. The options we send you reflect what was available at the time we searched — by the time you click through, prices or availability may have changed. We do our best to be accurate and helpful, but we can't guarantee that every option remains bookable exactly as described.

Affiliate relationships

We participate in the Booking.com and Skyscanner affiliate programmes, and may earn a small commission if you book through a link we send you, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend options based on what suits your trip and budget — never based on which link earns us more.

Optional support ("buy us a coffee")

We may invite you to support us with a small, entirely optional tip via Ko-fi. This is voluntary, non-refundable, and doesn't entitle you to any particular level of service, priority, or guarantee — it's simply an optional way to say thanks if we've helped.

Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service, since booking travel typically requires contractual capacity that minors don't have under UK law.

Limitation of liability

Because all bookings happen directly between you and Booking.com, Skyscanner, or any other third-party provider, any issues with a booking — cancellations, changes, refunds, service quality, or disputes — are between you and that provider, governed by their own terms. We're not liable for losses arising from bookings made through links we've provided, though we'll always try to help however we reasonably can if something goes wrong.

Intellectual property

The Itinerly name, logo, and the content of this website belong to us. You're welcome to share links to our site or WhatsApp, but please don't copy or reuse our branding or content without asking.

Changes to these terms

As a new and growing business, we may update these terms from time to time as our service develops. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and continued use of our service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
