Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Itinerly ("we," "us," "our") provides a trip-planning service over WhatsApp. This policy explains what information we handle when you use that service or visit itinerly.io, and what your rights are.

What we collect

When you use the form on our website to start a conversation, it simply builds a pre-filled WhatsApp message on your own device — nothing is sent to us or stored anywhere until you choose to press send in WhatsApp. Once you do, we receive whatever you've shared: things like your destination ideas, travel dates, budget, and who's travelling.

We don't ask for or store payment details, passport numbers, or other sensitive documents. If you go on to book a flight or hotel through a link we send you, that booking and any payment happens directly with Booking.com or Skyscanner — we never see or handle it.

How we use it

We use the information you share with us to search for and recommend flight and hotel combinations that fit your trip. We don't use it for anything beyond helping plan the specific trip you've asked us about, and we don't sell or rent your information to third parties.

WhatsApp and Meta

Our conversations with you happen on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted, and your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy.

Affiliate links and third-party providers

We participate in the Booking.com and Skyscanner affiliate programmes. If you click through and book using a link we've sent you, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Once you leave our WhatsApp chat to book on their site, your information is handled under that provider's own privacy policy, not ours.

Ko-fi

If you choose to support us via our Ko-fi page, that transaction is handled entirely by Ko-fi and their payment processor (Stripe or PayPal). We only see that a tip was made — we don't receive your payment card details.

Cookies and website data

Our website itself doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics. It loads a font (Fraunces and Inter) from Google Fonts, which involves your browser making a request to Google's servers — this is standard practice for most websites and is covered by Google's own Privacy Policy.

How long we keep your information

We keep WhatsApp conversation history for as long as is reasonably useful to help with your trip or answer follow-up questions, and delete it when it's no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your conversation history at any time — just tell us in the chat.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, just message us on WhatsApp or email us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

As a new and growing business, we may need to update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
